The Third Biennial Emergy Conference (Emergy Synthesis 3) - Gainesville, FL, January 2004
A total of 46 papers were presented in theory, applications, and comparisons of the emergy methodology, including in depth analysis of environmental accounting and issues regarding sustainability and carrying capacity. The emergy methodology was applied to papers addressing network analysis, water resource allocation, environmental welfare, urban, agroforestry, and transport systems, national time-scale analysis, and many other subjects (from Mark Brown).
